Enquiry data — the listings you express interest in and any message you send to the broker.
Technical data — basic device and usage information, and a secure session cookie, needed to operate the site.

To verify your identity through a one-time password.
To connect you with abinav and share your enquiry so they can respond.
To let you track properties you have enquired about under “My Interests”.
To maintain security, prevent abuse and improve the Service.

3. Sharing Your Information

When you reveal a broker's contact or express interest, your name and mobile number are shared with abinav for the sole purpose of responding to your enquiry. We do not sell your personal data. Information may be shared with service providers (such as our SMS/OTP partner) only as needed to run the Service, or where required by law.

We use a single essential, HTTP-only session cookie to keep you signed in after mobile verification. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Disabling cookies may prevent you from revealing contact details or viewing your interests.
